Are there angels around my youngest son? He seems to have so many problems in life.

Business has really been bad, thus he lost his job. He applied to a big hotel,been interviewed over the phone and have set personal interview, but was canceled and never heard from them again. Question: will he ever get his job back or will end up with new opportunies/lucrative offers (a permanent job)??? Will he ever find success in his career and END this financial difficulties ????
