I worked for a small company for over a decade (before layoffs) and loved my job. There was not really a job description...I never knew what I would be asked to do next....from creating an ad flyer to designing a database. Unfortunely there are not really jobs like that out there. But I keep reminding myself as long as I don't quit...I don't fail. It would have been interesting to hear if feng shui recommends certian colors for different types of job interviews.

I have a perfect job already, hours are good, health and safety isn't zealous, and I get paid well for a job that I practically let the computer do for me. I just have to set up a macro and I'm done for the day.

My job is pretty monotonous, but I do a lot of behind-the-scenes stuff, and I'm in good standing with the boss. If he ever needs more people higher-up, then I'm certain that I'll be one of the choices. Being in the good books in a growing company is one of the best ways to get a good place in a job.

I am a social worker in profession but I do clerical works in the company I am with today. Sometimes there are a lot of things they want me to do and sometimes nothing more to do. The work is really monotonous, an 8 to 5 work, almost everyday. But there’s a lot to be thank about for I was taken in again when I resigned a few years ago. I thank for the job I am in now for I have my salary to augment with the salary of my husband.

I am currently in a good well paying job but I do not find it interesting anymore. I have been here for a few years now and things are getting a little monotonous. I am looking to change jobs but need to study more to get a good job. Studying while raising a child alone is not easy job

I am in a very desperate situation, and I am trying to get a job both because I want to go back to work, and because if I don't get a job quickly I will lose my house and everything I have. I try hard to visualize the job I want, and am seeking additional education for it. But all I get in return is that I don't have any recent job experience and will have my application put in the bank. What do I do?

I absolutely love my job that I have right now. It is fun and I am very talented at it. You definitely have to find your own niche and figure out what "YOU" want out of your life. If you want to help people, help people...if you want something else, go for it. Don't ever hold back on your dreams.

I am a nurse who previously worked in obstetics and gynecology. I took some time off to raise my daughter and I am now needing to return to work. Should I stay in the nursing field or should I go into another field? I am not sure that nursing is what I want to return to. Can you please help me decide if I should go back to school to pursue another career, go back to school, or find a new career alltogether. Courtney

I'am in banking. I love to give people advice on what to do with their money. I just feel overwhelmed and stressed by the demands of goals I have to met every month. Should I continue this road?
