Charlie Sheen’s Astrology
Charlie Sheen Charlie Sheen was born Carlos Irwin Estévez on September 3, 1965 at 10:48 pm in New York City.  This makes him a Virgo, but from looking at the chaos he produces in his life it is hard to see him as an organized individual. However like a typical person with a Sun in Virgo he has accomplished a lot more in one life time than most people could in several. This is probably due to the expedient nature of having so much Aquarius and Gemini in his chart. He is able to forgive himself quickly and easily for mistakes made and has the ability to move forward without regrets or remorse and his Sun in Virgo gives him the analytical and organizational capabilities to get what he wants.

However, despite the many cosmic blessings in his natal chart, the former television star was recently let go from the television series “Two and a Half Men” (2003 – 2011) after demonstrating unstable mental and emotional behavior in public.  There has been a lot of speculation about what might have caused the behavior including brain-damage from drugs or a mental illness such as bi-polar disease.

The fact that Charlie sometimes appears to be “two people” could be explained by the fact that he has his tenth house in Gemini, which can be a very duplicitous, if not very talented sign. His mid-heaven also occurs in the flaky sign of Aquarius; he would be moody, restless and generally platonic and airy in nature to begin with.  Both influences could also make a person quite talkative.

Sheen has Jupiter (the wealth planet) in Gemini which generally means that the person will make his or her living from the arts. The Gemini ascendant likely also accounts for his successful career. Movies that he has starred in include Due Date (2010), Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps (2010), The Big Bounce (2004), Good Advice (2001), No Code of Conduct (1998), The Arrival (1997), Terminal Velocity (1994), Young Guns (1998), Platoon (1988) and Red Dawn (1984).  He also was a regular on the television series “Spin City” which lasted from 2002-2004.

However he also has Saturn retrograde and Chiron in his Eleventh house of relationships in direct opposition to the Sun, Uranus and Pluto in his Fifth house of having fun. The Fifth house is not that friendly to the sign of Virgo so it would be difficult for this person to keep up with his promises and obligations. Uranus and the Sun in this house also indicate a person who can be a bit of a control freak or compulsive in nature.  He would also be murderously stubborn; once his mind is set on something it is very difficult to stop Charlie.

Sheen’s life has been a bit extreme, no matter how you look at it. He was a child star at age 9 when he appeared as an extra in the TV movie The Execution of Private Novik (1974) and was an extra in Apocalypse Now in 1979. Both films starred his Dad –Charlie Sheen.  This nepotistic boost is also a blessing due to that Jupiter in Gemini and Mars in the sixth house that gives power to shape one’s destiny through family connections.

So where does all of the addiction and other woes in life come in with regards to his chart? Both the Sun in Virgo and the ascendant in Gemini could create a very high-strung individual that might even be brilliant, but detached from others.

He also admitted under oath during the trial of Hollywood Madam Heidi Fleiss that he had spent over $50,000 for the services of 27 of her employees in fifteen months. He was in business with Bret Michaels (lead singer of Poison) in 1997. In 1998 he was sentenced to a detox clinic. He has also published a book of Poetry, Peace of My Mind in 1998. It is likely his Sun in Virgo that allowed him to multi-task to accomplish all of this.

Sheen’s Mercury is in Leo in the third house. Contrary to all of his claims he cares very much what other people think of him. This is also a stellium, a line-up of three or more planets that characteristically famous people have in their charts. He also has Lilith, Fortune and is Midheaven in Aquarius which can indicate instability. With all of the Gemini and Aquarius in his chart along with the always attention-hungry Mercury in Leo, this indicates a person who would do just about anything for attention.

He has two ex wives, Denise Richards, Brooke Mueller and Donna Peele, three sons and a daughter and is relatives with Emilio Estevez and his famous father Charlie Sheen. His ex girlfriends include Kelly Preston, Robin Wright and Paula Profitt and mostof his breakups have been very stormy; involving a great deal of tabloid coverage and legal action.

His Venus is in the fifth house which means being indecisive about relationships in general.  Venus in the fifth house typically means a philanderer.  Even in his calmest moments Sheen probably seeks out some kind of stimulation; whiter it be sexual, mental or otherwise.

The marriages and relationships going sour most likely have to do with Mars and Neptune in the sixth. This denotes a very angry person, who may have a hard to deal with irrational side. It also usually denotes an alcoholic and sometimes a sadist.

Charlie Sheen’s moon is in the eighth house in the sign of Sagittarius which is the sign of the trickster. This can also denote very disloyal and restless individuals. The private world of someone who has a moon in the eight house is said to be filled with hungry ghosts that need feeding. Sheen is probably a bit psychic, but definitely more vulnerable to the urges of lunacy than others. This could make him a very unpredictable and quite treacherous person to deal with on a one-to-one level.

Don’t expect the Charlie Sheen story to get better. In fact, it could even turn tragic. In the combining months, transiting Pluto will be making harsh ninety degree angles to his natal Uranus, Pluto and Saturn. Pluto is the planet of compulsion, of feeling obsessed with living out a disaster script to its sorry conclusion. There is no real rescue in his chart, just opposition after opposition. Uranus opposes his natal Mercury which can also make him an eventual casualty of the media that could lead to his death somehow.  The fact is that Charlie Sheen needs our compassion and help and also some understanding with regards to the fact that he does have brain damage or a mental illness of some kind.

I find the article intersting but I find the mistakes to be disturbing. You used Charlie Sheen in a number of places that you should have used Martin Sheen. According to Charlie he has 5 children. You also said he had 2 ex-wives but listed three. I would appreciate it if you'd get your facts straight and have someone proofread the articles before they're printed. Thanks
