Some years back I read Dr. Abravanel's book, Body type diet and lifetime nutrition plan. My husband (Libra) and I (Leo) both when on this diet as they pertained to our body types. We both lost weight in all the right places and speaking for myself, it was the best I felt ever when on the diet. As I read these I can see that Dr. Abravanel was right on target with each body type as it pertains to each sign. I find that most interesting. Our Master's plan amazing.

Ooh la la! I am Scorpio. And they got it so right. I love sexy foods! So true! Ha ha. LOL. Looks like I need to drink more water. I drink barely a glass each day. Not good. No wonder I'm so tired and energyless. I do usually feel better when I drink some water. It's cleansing. :) Veggies are fine with me. Some veggies are good. I love cucumber! And the drinking alcohol comment.Luckily, I don't drink. Too young to. The foods they listed are all foods I like. I love black cherries especially!

OMG!! My son is aquarius & it says they love colas and cakes. Well, my son just LOVES eating CHEESE CAKES like no other food & I just can't hide those colas from him. This zodiac signs favorite foods thing is so true. I am pisces & I love to eat. I just don't like eating any of the foods my sign says I need.

mine tells me to eat all gross veggies, no wonder my thyroid is not balanced. at least it tells me to eat meat, i don't mind that

Mine is SAG. and it says to eat high protein diet which I do. I hate just about alllll veggies, can't even make myself eat them, I didn't mention veggies so yeah! But to give up chocolate, sauces, and sugar? I don't think that is going to happen, don't over eat them anyways, least, I don't think I do.....?

Oh nice!!! Some of those foods for Caps I totally agree with. I LOVE corn! hehe. I plan on going vegetarian (my body is already rejecting red meat) so I do need to work on find other sources of protein, so that goat's milk suggestion sounds awesome.
