Is Your Pet On The Other Side?
Pets on The Other Side Psychic Sylvia Browne, World-renowned Psychic Sylvia Browne pictures

by Sylvia Browne

Truly I know that the loss of a pet can be as devastating as the loss of any friend or family member in your life. People always ask me how to find their pet on The Other Side. Please knowwithout a doubtthat your pet will be waiting for you on The Other Side.

I can still remember when I lost my pet dog Jolie. The vet told me that Jolie had congestive heart failure and was not going to live. I held Jolie in my arms as she lay dying. At the very moment she passed, I saw a tremendous swirl of radiant white light. I closed my eyes and then I could see Jolie runningnot walkingthrough the tunnel that leads to The Other Side. In that instant, Jolie was gone and I had witnessed my beloved dog going Home to The Other Side.

Animals are a little different when it comes to facing the tunnel that leads to The Other Side. People sometimes hesitate, but animals never do. This is why there are no animal ghosts. Animals, including pets, go Home to The Other Side when their bodies are resting during life here on earth.

Your pets have loved you, not just during this lifetimebut for an eternity. They unselfishly chose to come here to be specifically with you. Realize that animals do not need to come to earth to learn and experience life as people do.

Our pets from The Other Side often come back to visit with us. They watch over and protect us, just as they did when they were in our homes. You can talk to a pet that is on The Other Side just as you would talk to any loved one who is there.

Pets can understand what we say when we talk to them here on earth and on The Other Side. But here on earth they cannot “speak” to us. They do communicate by wagging a tail or purring. On The Other Side, pets can communicate telepathically. They can communicate thoughts without saying a word.

Your pet is one of the first souls to greet you when you go Home (to heaven). Pets are very eager to reconnect with you once again. Your pets look and act the same as they did on earth. Won’t it be fun to scratch your cat’s ears or rub your dog’s tummy again when you go Home?

Pets are very special souls indeed. This bond is not broken when their time on earth is over. You are always connected to your pet by your love. Your pet will be waiting on The Other Side.

Love always,

Sylvia Browne

My gorgeous Siberian Husky died unexpectedly 6 weeks ago, and I miss him terribly each and every day, I talk to him as if he were here. I have had and lost a number of pets over the years but his death has devastated me. I like to think that I gave him 7 years of love and that I will see him again one day.

I was blessed to have 6 dogs be a part of my life. The first 4 were during my childhood. I did not have a dog again until 1991. She lived to be 9 1/2 and it was sad to have to let her go but she had congestive heart failure and could barely breathe anymore. We got another puppy in 1998, a yellow lab. He became the love of my life. He was my best friend, my shadow. He became very ill in January 2006 and died suddenly on Jan 22nd, 2006. His death affected me like no other, animal or human. I have cried almost everyday for 2 1/2 years. For several months after he passed, I felt a pulling sensation from my chest, like someone was trying to pull my heart right out of my chest. I almost believed that it was my dog trying to pull me to him or possibly the silver cord that I have read about that keeps us connected to loved ones on the other side. After he passed, I felt driven to know where my beloved dog was. He was so loving and sweet that I thought surely a being with so much love could not just perish. That started the search to find out if pets do go to Heaven. This search is what led me to Sylvia. I did not know that there was so much information available about crossing over for both humans and animals. I have gone to church all of my life but they never really talk about what Heaven will be like and they do not agree that animals go to Heaven. I asked my minister point blank if animals go to Heaven and he said no, because they don't have souls. He could not be more wrong. I have never known such unconditional love as I knew from my dogs. I have never known this kind of love from a human being. I thank my beloved dog Max for leading me to Sylvia and the truth that I will see my dogs again in Heaven. I pray that the sngels are taking care of my precious, beloved dogs and I can't wait to be reunited with the true loves of my life.

Thank you Sylvia I look forward to the day when I can hug and kiss all of my pets again for I miss them all so much and I do believe in all that you said about them for they know so much about us here they can read our feelings like a book. God was good in giving them to us so we could love them and they love us.

I believe that all animals have a special place to go to when they leave this earth. God created a beautiful place that has water and green grass and everything that these animals could want or need. I know that someday we will all be reunited with our "children and family members". I had a beautiful Maine Coon cat named Tigger. Someone let him out of the house where I live and he got hit down the street by a car. I found him on the sidewalk and brought him home and buried him in our backyard. I know that someday I'll be able to see all of the pets that I have had in my lifetime.

Hi Sylvia, My name is Joanne and I had a cat who I named Ace. He was solid black when I took him from the litter and he was the runt. Nevertheless; as he grew I started to teach him various tricks and also to fetch. He was not a regular cat as he did not like store boughten toys, he liked the ones I made for him like aluminum balls , feathers on a stick , you know fun cat things. He would fetch that aluminum ball for hours and everyone couldn't believe it. He was better than TV. Well he continued to grow very quickly and I was not feeding him any different. I became concerned so I took him to the vet, it seems ACE was part himalyan and at full growth was 22lbs. Ace was my 2nd animal and we were inseperable he would sleep on my head every night with his tail around my neck.I enjoyed 18 years with him until he passed away with kidney disease. The entire staff at the Vets office were overcome with greif. When we would go to the Vets he would walk across the counter and lay right in front of the Aid that would check him in. He was quite a character and touched alot of lives and left alot of footprints on alot of hearts. Like the time I had 15 people at the house for Christmas and he knocked the entire tree down, that was a Classic , Balls rolling everwhere the entire house didn't know whether to laugh or just not speak- anyway everyone started laughing. He hid under my bed , as everyone put the tree back up. ACE has been gone along time but he is still in my heart and sometimes at night I can still feel him on my head and his tail around my neck.I tell this to my frends and they think I'm nuts, but I know he is happy where he is and he is still with me too. Thanks Sylvia

I always felt that this is true because I have allways felt that my past "BEST FRIENDS" that I had to LET "GO" were still around me because there isn't a day goes by that I don't think of them. I can some times feel their presence and even smell them at times. It's sad but makes me feel good too. I can't wait to see and rub them again. Thanks, Sylvia, for verifying this for me.

sylvia, this really makes my heart glad. I have several beloved dogs on the other side. So many when I was growing up and they would get hit by a car and my dad would not let us take them to the vet so I had to hold them and watch them suffer and die in my arms. My little girl heart was so broken so many times. I made myself a promise that when I grew up I would never let another one of my pets suffer and that has been a heart breaking promise at times as I have had to let them go, but mercifully when their health failed and the vet could do no more. I think of them all often and know they must be having so much fun there and to know they will meet me, thrills my heart. I pray that the dogs that I loved so much and had to just hold and try to comfort as they passed over know how much I loved them and that at the time I did all a little girl could do. It still breaks my heart when I think of them. I now have two cats and a Schnauzer and they are my babies and two of them are already 10 years old and just the thought of losing them is so hard. When my family asks why I keep putting myself through this pain of losing them, I tell them that the years of unconditional love they give me is worth any pain I go thru. Thank you for giving us a place to voice our comments and share the pain of losing a loyal, beloved member of our family. It must just take another animal lover to understand why we do what we do.
