Know That God Loves You

Do you know that God loves you? Don’t just push aside that thought…really feel it. Really feel that God loves you, just as you are.

God is a magnificent being, but often Father/Mother God is misunderstood and this means that people don’t have the best relationship with God that they could. God is all-perfect. God is also all-knowing. But most importantly, God is all-loving—and all-forgiving.

Feel deep in your heart that God loves you. That God forgives you. That God sees truly into your soul exactly who you are meant to be.

It is truly sad but some people hang on to the feeling that God is “mad” at them—or even worse that God is somehow going to “get” them for something they have done. These beliefs are so untrue.

I hope that you connect with God however you feel the most comfortable. Some people like to pray to God daily. Some have a meditation practice. Connect with this all-loving, all-forgiving, magnificent force whenever you wish to—God is always there for you.

God loves you. Always.

Great article! That is exactly my perception of God. He is forgiving, he is merciful, he is kind and loving and he is the all might and the greatest. No matter who you are he would love you. No matter what you do he can forgive. He will give his help when ever you need it. All you have to do is ask and go to him.

Yes that is true Crystal. We should first understand what someone is going through. sometimes we can not blame people why they ask such questions to God because we can not judge them. maybe we just have to accept and understand what they are going through.

It is true Melvin. Honestly, there are also times when i feel that God is punishing me. But God is still good. Because even if we are facing so many challenges in life, there are still a lot of things to be thankful for. and there is a popular line which states that "when there is darkness, a light will follow."

Well, yes I do understand that. I was thinking about the people that look down on those who are suffering. We need to be careful to not look at what someone is going through and just shrug and say, well, they obviously deserved it. We don't know why we go through the things we do. I have been there as well, as far as wondering if God was punishing me or if He was angry with me. And for a non christian it has to be even more confusing.

Yes and I understand those kind of people because I was once like them. Naturally you can always say that everything happens for a reason, but sometimes by saying this, we are not trying to understand their feelings. Instead we are trying to preach them something that it is really unacceptable for them. People understand things differently and sometimes we just need to be patient in them.

Job has always been an inspiration. Yes i agree that some people really blame God for what they are experiencing. Sometimes they don't think that things really happen for a reason. and that they only suffer with the consequences of their actions.

Yes, I always admire Job. Well I think we cannot really blame people for thinking they are being punished. After all, not all people have the same faith and strength. Most of the time, people grow bitter with God and though they might have not blamed God, they might have grown bitter with Him.

It makes me sad just how many people look at others that have suffered and say that God is punishing them for something, or that they somehow deserved it. Has anyone ever read about Job? He was a guy in Bible times that suffered great and terrible hardship. His friends and family, even his wife told him that he had sinned against God and that God was punishing him for it. He didnt' understand why he was going through what he was, but he refused to curse God or blame him. He wasn't being punished. His faith was being tested, but God was with him. God loved Job so much and was so pleased with Job. He blessed Job with 10 times what he had lost later on. You know, it rains on the good and the bad. We all have times of trials and suffering, no matter who we are. And God is always there for us no matter what if we look for HIm.

"It is truly sad but some people hang on to the feeling that God is “mad” at them—or even worse that God is somehow going to “get” them for something they have done. These beliefs are so untrue." I agree on this paragraph. Sometimes people really think that way. They think that God is punishing them because they did something wrong and made God angry. But i don't believe that God will have anger in His heart. Maybe He just wants us to be strong. When something is not going right, let us just think of the positive way. God loves us and is just trying to help us be a stronger and better person.

God never hated us. He will always love us. And even sinners. God will not give us challenges and heartaches which we can not handle. These are just challenges to make us a stronger person and for us to always look up to Him. So let us always believe that God loves us so much.
