Who Are Our Angels?
I don't consider myself to be an "angel expert" because I am not an angel! But there are times I have wondered....who exactly are our angels?

Angels exist in many religions and cultures around the world. There are differences in what experts say, but the general description is that angels are spiritual beings sent to us from God (however you see this Divine energy in your life). The word "angel" actually means "messenger of God."

Some have wondered if when their grandmother passes over, whether she will immediately become their angel, looking down on them to guide and guard them through life. While your grandmother may have had angelic characteristics (and made great oatmeal cookies), she is a human being and does not become an angel. However, I still wholeheartedly believe that our loved ones do look in on us, and can at times speak to us in times of need or just to say "hi."

Your angels are divine, spiritual beings that guide and guard you throughout your life. They walk beside you and watch over you during the lifetime.

angels are sometimes depicted as wheels with wings. Derived from this is the Hebrew term "Gal-Gal," "the rotation of fortune, change. An Angel is a transcendental being found in many religions. Although the nature of angels and the tasks given to them vary from tradition to tradition, in Christianity, Judaism and Islam, they typically act as messengers from God.

Okay maylin I think it is clearer now. ;-)In my opinion the angels have gotten a different perspective from people. Not always seen as a "messenger of God" but often considered a spiritual presence you can rely on when you are lonely or scared or something is happening to you.

well, i am just saying that Dartz does not believe in angels because he said that he is not religious. but i am not saying that all people who are not religious doesn't believe in angels. my point there is that, believing depends on how we perceive things, whether we are religious or not. about the culture and race, there has also something to do about not believing in angels because some culture and race have a different perception on spiritual things. i hope i made it clear.

I don't really get your point Maylin. ;-) Well angels are pretty broad. i have a book about how they are originated and it's pretty long. I enjoy reading and reading it though some of the ideas are not easy to grasp. I recommend it much to you.

yes Melvin, believing really depends on the person's perception. but Dartz said that he is not religious and many people who will read it will think that religious people do not believe in angels. religion, race, culture should not affect our beliefs and faith.

Well even those people who are not religious, I think most of them do believe in angels. Angels isn't just shown in church as what I have said before. They are seem everywhere. From movies, to figures to magazines, they are almost all over the place. It really depends on how the person will view it.

yes Malvin. but i think Dartz is not a religious person because that is what he said. we do know that you do not really believe in angels. and we really accept your opinion. but for us, angels do exist and they are sent to us by God. they will always love and accept us.

Darts I understand why you feel that way. Actually kids feel it that way and when I was seven years old I was thinking like that too. Maybe its because that is how the world has depicted them to us. This is how many people taught us. You can see it in movies on how they managed to give angels those kinds of roles.

Well, Dartz, i respect your idea. but for me, i know they are messengers of God and they are sent to us for them to give us guidance and help whenever we need it. God is the Creator of everything. and angels came from our God. they are always here for us.
