Keeping a dream diary can be quite useful to help you track and understand the inner world of your dreams. Our dreams are speaking to us all the time. Some of our dreams seem to whisper to us and others seem to shout. At times, our dreams seem crystal clear and other dreams seem quite unusual. But for the most part many who decide to keep a dream diary are amazed to discover just how much sense their dreams truly to hold for them.

Your dream diary can be as simple as a $0.99 notebook and a ballpoint pen by your bedside, or as fancy as a leather bound journal with handmade paper – you decide what will inspire you the most to keep it. The key is to write in your dream diary daily. The consistency of keeping your dream diary daily sets your internal system on notice that you want to “know” the details of your dreams. Suddenly you become aware of your dreams in a way never before. While earlier your dreams may have been sort of fragments that you shook away as you started your day, with your dream diary you’ll uncover full stories in your dream life. This is quite valuable to you.

Keep your dream diary for several weeks and then start to analyze your dreams. Are there patterns? Do you have a certain type of dream after a stressful day? Do you have repetitive types of dreams? After several weeks, you’ll start to notice what type of dreams you have.

 I am psychic and have been all of my life. I often get psychic messages in dreams but can also receive them any time of day or night. I also recommend that you keep a note pad beside your bed to write down any messages you may get at night, dreams you have had etc. Even if you don't understand them, write them down because we often forget almost immediately upon waking. By taking notes, it is easier to go back later and better evaluate what messages you received. I believe that everyone can be more psychic if interested and share my views in my book.
