hi Ann. well, i could suggest that you try to have a meditation. Like what Carolyn have experienced, she saw her spirit guide on her mind through meditation. she even know her spirit guide's name. try it. good luck.

hi Blaiz. well, i really think that was your spirit guide. what did that voice tell you? have you heard that voice again? and did that voice changed your life a lot? if yes, i really think it was really your spirit guide.

Hi Carolyn. wow, you saw your spirit guide on your mind? that is really great. i have not tried having a meditation. i am happy for you that you have already met your spirit guide and you even know her name.

Once within each of the past two weeks I have seen a bright blue light coming out around the small green light on the tv receiver. It happened very late at night after I had turned off the tv and was lying down ready to go to sleep. The blue light was bright, started small and grew larger and brighter as it seemed to come from around the small green receiver light. I can't find the right word but throbbing comes to mind in trying to describe the emanating movement of the light which did not cross the room but remained around the receiver light. I just sat up and kept staring at it and looking around, trying to figure out where it might be coming from or what could be causing it. I didn't want to immediately think it was a spirit. I am very curious about this and would like to have an understanding of what this is. Have always loved seeing you on Montel and have read some of your books. I am so glad you are here for us. Sharon

Hi. I contacted my spirit guide during meditation. She looked like a prairie girl and she was very young. She didn't have anything to say but she was there. She said her name was Annie. I didn't hear her say it with my ears but, in my mind. Thank you Sylvia for changing my life through your books and your teachings. I finally found my center. Love, Carol

hi elizabeth. well, i really think you also have something to do with that stomach. or maybe you just haven't gotten to know your spirit guide. like what was said, it is the connection between you and God. Maybe you still have to work it out.

who is my spirit guide, how come i can't even tell if i've communicated with them in anyway. i can't feel it. i really dont understand why i am having such a hard time with it, i feel other thing in my stomach that usually come to pass, it's usually bad though, sometimes i know when something is going to happen once again through my stomach and can go to what ever that happening may be and sure enough it is going on. why then can i not feel or connect with my spirit guide. i truly need advice

When I was a little girl, I woke up in the middle of the night hearing the sound of a man's voice in my ear. I couldn't understand the exact words he was saying, but I remember him having a deep voice. I have always wondered if that was my Spirit Guide.
