What is Physical Mediumship?

Physical Mediumship is when Spirit works through the Medium’s physical and mental energies to make something, “happen,” the movement of physical object, sounds, raps, and the possible appearance of Ectoplasm.

It is said that everyone, with the proper practice, can be a Mental Medium (seeing images via Clairvoyance and several other similar modalities) but not everyone can be a Physical Medium.

Physical Mediumship is a whole other arena in the world of Mediumship. A Physical Medium or sometimes called a Trance Mediums are able to go into Trance. There are several levels of Trance ranging from light to deep. Their voices can change, their demeanor may change, and they may act young or old, or even like another gender. It is via that when spirit can move objects such as tables, chairs, and loud noises may appear, temperature changes, sightings of energies, or the appearance of Ectoplasm, gauze or slim like substance that oozes form the nose, mouth or ear of the Medium.

Physical Mediumship is not as a popular today as it was in the 1930’s when the American Spiritual movement brought it out into the public eye. Physical Mediumship demonstrations can be found today. They are usually demonstrated in a dimly lit room in front of a crowd. It is said belief plays a large role in a manifestation of signs during a demonstration.

Physical Mediums sometimes can have health issue due to the demonstrations. It can weaken them physically and many have had serious health concerns. A Physical Medium has to take measures to protect themselves with prayers, energy, healthy eating and a positive mindset.

Physical Mediumship is a fascinating experience. If given the opportunity to see one, just do it!

 'After being in relationship with Wilson for seven years,he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused.
