1. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR TO WIN. A PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL AND MUNICIPAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
2. Am I Eligible To Participate?
Subject to the additional restrictions below, the SpiritNow.com Free Psychic Reading Content (the "Contest") is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia and the country of Canada who are eighteen years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Preston Media, LLC ("Sponsor") and its affiliated companies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of, and any persons domiciled with, any such employees, are not eligible to enter or to win. The term "immediate family members" includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.
3. How Do I Enter?
The Contest starts at 12:01 am Eastern Time ("ET") on the 1st of each calendar month beginning in June 2009 and ends on 11:59 pm Eastern Time ("ET") on the final day of each calendar month. To enter, you must sign up for a free SpiritNow.com member account. Sponsor will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, misdirected or unreadable entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission failures or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network, hardware or software, whether originating with sender or Sponsor. In the event of a dispute, all entries will be deemed to have been submitted by the owner of the email account on the member's account. For these purposes, an email account holder shall mean the natural person assigned to such email account by the Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with such email account. Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted or the owner of an email account shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion, and Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules,
4. How Will Winners Be Selected?
Sponsor will select one (1) winner from among all SpiritNow.com member accounts on the 1st day of the following month. Winner will be selected at random.
5. What Could I Win?
The winner will receive a 1-hour psychic phone reading with one of the phone psychics available on the SpiritNow.com website. The customer must call a specific toll-free phone number provided by SpiritNow.com to participate in the reading. The customer must sign up for an account with the psychic phone service and place a credit card or debit card on file. The customer must sign up for the introductory offer of 30 minutes of phone time for $30. The customer may continue for an additional 30 minutes at the per minute rate of $3.29 to $6.29 per minute. Following the completion of the call, the customer must contact SpiritNow.com via e-mail at contests@spiritnow.com to request reimbursement. Preston Media, LLC will issue a check up to $200 for reimbursement of phone reading. All additional charges incurred by the customer are the responsibility of the customer.
6. When Will Winners Be Notified?
The Winner will be notified by email (at the email address on her SpiritNow.com account) within seventy-two (72) business hours after he or she is selected as a Winner. Sponsor's inability to reach a winner, the return of any prize notification as undeliverable, a winner's failure to timely respond to notification, and/or a winner's failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in that winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in all prizes, and the selection of a substitute winner. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, and a liability and publicity release (except where prohibited by law) which must be returned within ten (10) days of date of personal delivery or date of sender's postmark.
7. What Other Terms Apply?
Winners may waive their right to receive a prize. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. Prizes are subject to availability and Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes each contestant's consent to the publication of his or her name, likeness, city and state of residence and biographical information in any media, including without limitation the Internet, for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by an eligible winner in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor and Contest judges designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this Contest as solely determined by Sponsor. Should the Contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.
8. Who Is The Sponsor?
The SpiritNow.com Free Psychic Reading Content is sponsored by Preston Media, LLC. The decisions of Sponsor and the Contest judges designated by Sponsor regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the Contest shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the Contest.
9. How Can I Find Out Who Wins The Free 1-Hour Psychic Reading?
The name of the winner of each drawing will be posted on this webpage within seventy-two (72) business hours after the winner is selected.
