My Dearest Majorie: your tiredness feelings are from two diet things that I see 1) You need to add more protein to your diet because of Fybermyalgia in your body. A higher protein diet will help you out. 2) you have developed a lactose binder allergy to foods containing lactose (milk , gluetin, and wheat whey) Substute this with a good soy milk and soy items. Your stomach will settle down too. If your worried about the flavor of soy--try 'very vanilla soy milk' It is great tasting and has a great flavor in your cereal too! My Dearest Karen: Thank you for your quick answer to my question/inquiry. I can't guarantee when I will be able to check it out or visit the site, but it is something for me to look foreward to. I am in the process of trying to open my own web site and am affraid of something like that happening in this day and age. I hold my emails and my clients information very personal with high reguard for their privacy and mine too. So it is always worrisome when things like this happen. I hope they find out what happened. It is no wonder that in one of Chris' books that he stated that Sylvia just wasn't into this computer stuff. I can see why. But it is very helpful in many other ways. My Dearest Dawn. I am klooking at all my emails all 300+ of them and I cant find one that has your name on it. I usually email people for hours everyday, and answer till ther are no more emails for me to answer. I haven't gotten it or prehaps it is going to take a while for it to get to me. I am so sorry.
