Why I Believe In Angels

People always ask me, “Sylvia, are angels real?” Like many other people, I believe in angels. I would like to share some personal stories with you about exactly why I believe in angels. You may have a similar story of your own that has helped define angels. I have heard many stories over the years from people about angels in their lives.

One angelic experience that strengthened my belief in angels came when I was around 22 years of age and just married to my first husband. At the time, I was sitting outside the school in my car. The rain was coming down, literally in sheets. I sat there leaning my head on the steering wheel. My first thought was that I simply didn’t want to go home. I felt all alone in the world.

At that exact moment, there was a knock on the window. I turned around to look and saw a very attractive man. He had stunning blue eyes and grey hair with a beard. I rolled down the window a bit and the man said to me “I know you feel alone, but you haven’t perfected enough yet to be alone.” I looked at him and tried to understand exactly what he meant. My gaze drifted in a different direction for mere seconds, and when I looked back the man was gone. I was very shook up by his presence. After he left, I realized that I hadn’t heard his words audibly, but I had heard them in my mind!

When I started the car, my Spirit Guide Francine told me, “Well, Sylvia, you just saw an angel.” I knew angels were real.

But this isn’t the only experience I’ve had seeing and experiencing an angel’s presence. I had an experience several years ago while staying at my son Chris’ house. I got up in the middle of the night to get a drink of water from the bathroom. To my amazement – there was an enormous angel in the foyer. The angel stood still as if it was guarding the home. The angel gave me a smile and then it was gone. But I could feel its presence around and the beauty of its luminescence.

Angels come to us whenever we need them. My Spirit Guide Francine once told me there are just about a trillion angels available on earth at any time – so please know that there are plenty of angels available for you always. You don’t have to see or “feel” them to believe in angels. In my research, I have seen that angels have existed in literally every religious tradition over the years. So many people have believed in angels. Just know that they are there for you.

Angels exist to love and protect you. An angel is unconditional love. They have no “agenda” or ulterior motive to help you – they just want to be there for you because angels love you.

 Hi Sylvia. My name is Larisa and I just wanted to share this w/ you. When I was 24, I had this real bad car accident. While me and 3 people w/ me were waiting for paramedics, I remember talking to this off duty fire/rescue guy. I didn't look at him or anything but once the paramedics got there, I didn't talk to him anymore and nobody else in the car remembered a guy there. That just sticks in my mind and makes me think he was my guardian, Thanks for letting me share my story.

 A few years ago I was having a bad asthma attack, I was in the hospital and I was scared for my life. My mother was at home praying for me, and I was asking for help from my angels. I was sitting in the bed alone, then all of a sudden this white feather floated from directly above me and hovered in front of my face for a few minutes. I knew right then that was my angel letting me know I'll be o.k. because they were watching over me. Because hospital's don't have feathers in their pillows or blankets, because a lot of people are allergic to bird feathers. Basically this feather came out of no where, this is way I believe in angels.

 Friday, July 11, 2008 Dear Sylvia, I'm a great believer in Angels, and most of all my God. I've been praying faithfully for the problem I have been having with my left foot since September 2007. I've been to several doctors since then and they are all puzzled. My latest eposide was getting an MRI on my back, doctor felt that was the problem. Well I had the procedure done 2 weeks ago, and now I must go for another on Thursday July 17th (my lucky number). I still have pain and the foot swells, but not as much as it did before. Will it ever be normal again? so I may walk good without pain. I have retired from my job after 25 years of service on December 14, 2007, and now this had to happen. I keep saying to myself that there are worse people in pain,bear this, but it is sometime difficult to walk. May I please ask you to say a little prayer for me, and if you can tell me will it go away. luv, nancy contus@yahoo.com

 my 54 year old son, has not been able to work for 3 years,he has been to dr. after dr. and they cant really come up with what is wrong with him. he worked in paint for several years,but when he asks the drs. to look at that,they just shut him off. its not like he would sue his employer,as it is relatives.can you tell me his problem is,and maybe some medicine that would help him? roberta indiana

 HI SYLVIA I'AM 61 YEARS OLD MY HUSBAND DIED SUDDENLY. I HAVE THREE CHILDREN MY ONE SON AND HIS WIFE DOESN'T TALK TO ANYONE IN THE FAMILY. MY DAUGHTER DOESN'T COME AROUND UNLESS SHE NEED ME TO DO SOMETHING FOR HER OTHERWISE I CAN GO FOR WEEKS TILL I HEAR FROM. MY OTHER SON COMES AROUND HE IS THE ONLY ONE I CAN CALL IF I NEED HELP. MY HUSBAND AND I GOT MARRIED RIGHT OUT OF HIGH SCHOOL WE WERE MARRIED FOR THIRTY TWO YEARS BEFORE HE DIED. EVERY DAY I GET UP I WONDER WHY I AM STILL HERE I JUST GO THROUGH MOTIONS TO GET THROUGH THE DAY. I'AM NOT A OUTGOING PERSON I JUST WANT TO KNOW IS MY LIFE GOING TO GET BETTER. I HAVE MORE BAD LUCK THAN GOOD.

 Hy Sylvia i am a 29yrs old single mother of two i am not happy with my life because i don't know what i whant in life. It seems like every time i try to do something, something stop me from doing it i am tyerd of being confuse, stress out and dipress. i have mde some bad choises in life is my father unhappy abaut them i constenly talk to him to guide me but i don't think i get an answer. it seems as if i have bad luck.  I have to share my angel story. When I had my daughter I was very afriad of sid's. I had read every book known to man on mother hood. And I happend to read up on sid's. I slept the first six months of her life with my hand on her chest. One night I lay awake as I did alot! And I heard something. It was a very deep voice of a male streching. I looked above her crib and saw the most wonderful huge angel with brown and white wings culed up watching her sleep. I was awake, wide awake!! I knew right then why he let me see him. I needed to know she was going to be watched over. I feel blessed and I pray alot to the angel's. Thankyou for letting me share. Carolann

 Like Sandy I don't seem to hear my angels or spirit guides maybe I am not listening quietly enough I do think I saw an Angel several weeks ago as I was drifing off to sleep after a rather stressful day someone was sitting on the end of my bed smiling at me the impression was mostly all white I am working on quietly (hard for me) clearing my mind and listening
