I went back and re-read what was written and in most of it I have to agree, it doesn't describe the typical Taurean that I know. My whole life I was the one who helped everyone else, especially my family. I use to joke that I was the matriarch of them all. And never once did I bring up to anyone the good I may (or may not) have done. Never went back to get 'revenge' on anyone.. that doesn't mean I never thought about it, but thinking and doing are two different things. Slowly, one by one my family passed, and now it's my son and his family and my only grandson. My grandson is the one who is constantly dwelling in the past and I am the one to remind him this is now and to forget what happened then. I have always been dependable, and independent my whole life but other's feelings always came first. I am now retired and in my 60's and feel that if I made it this far without resentment I think I did ok. Fell in love with your unbelieveable foresight into people and what they need to do or shouldn't do without ever knowing birthday's etc like most physics.. wish you the best Sylvia and like the others above, please rethink us Taurians. Sylvia; Having been born 5/11 I am a typical Taurus, according to your description. I must add, however, that in addition to the somewhat negative traits, Taureans are also very supportive, sympathetic, loving and are good listeners. We are also are very easily hurt which is why we dredge things up from the past. Love your SpiritNow webclass.

sylvia, the only thing i agree with you in eing a taurus born on may 20th an proud of it, is that we don't like injustices, we do't let it pass it by and don't forget. But them you are wrong on us living in the past, we look toward the future on how to make things better and we definately don't brag about past relationships,or our private lives. and finally, we don't expect anything from anybody, if we do a favor we choose someone that is in need regardless of the situation. adriana nyc.

OK-I'm a Taurus (7th May), I am very stubborn when I want to be, I am very loyal to my friends and family, I don't expect anything but loyalty from them but know there is limits on some. I've been hurt by people and just back off from them. I like my freedom and don't want anyone clinging to me. I'm not clingy. I like to have fun. I'm far from stupid and definitely wouldn't act that way on purpose. As you can tell I don't use big words. I will stand my ground if someone tries to bully me. Is that stupid or survival? I carry the weight of the world on my shoulders. I wish I could help everyone. I hate what is going on with our planet and humanity. I worry about all life. I worry about what God thinks. I'm far from selfish. I will give the shirt off my back if need be. I watched you on Montel all the time and I think your awesome but always felt you gave Taurus a bad rap. As a Taurus we have big shoulders and can handle the criticism. It hurts to hear you say negative things about Taurus but it is your opinion. I still love what you do. Just wonder what happened to make you feel that way about Taurus. God Bless you Sylvia for all you do and what your son is doing for us too.

Dear Sylvia, I'm surprised concerning your negative remarks about Taureans. It sounds like you really don't like them at all. How can you put out such negativity about them? Stubborn yes, boring, stupid no!

You are DEAD WRONG about Taurean people. We are the most generous people and we just don't like to be walked all over on.who does...........You have to be so dumb to say this about taurean people. We are very smart people. YOU JUST PROVED THAT YOU STEREOTYPE PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It is good to see other Taureans feel as I do. Sylvia, I love and respect you for all you have done and will do but you are sooooo off base with Taurus people. When I read your book I was hurt as I have always been proud to be a Taurus. You can not ask for a more dependable and honest person that what a Taurus is. Your take on a Taurus is so different than anything I've ever read. I have asked many quality questions on Spirit Now but have never been answered. Is that because I am a Taurus? I still love you!! See, this Taurus knows all about unconditional love!! Stay Safe!!

Hi Sylvia,Well I read your horoscope book and it really was mean to us Taurus people but I really don't care because when I read about Taurus it isnt me at all so I think there was a mistake when I should have been born. I am Kind,carning and don't care about money or rich things. As long as I can pay the bills and put food on the table then I am happy. I Just am NOT a Taurus.

I find it unbelievable that someone with your abilities can be so venomous, hateful and more importantly, wrong about people born under the sign of Taurus. I find us to be loving, loyal and dependable. Stubborn, yes probably because we won’t compromise our very high standards. I don’t apologize for that. Stupid, absolutely not! My husband, for 42 years, is also a Taurus. He is smart, kind, generous, FUNNY (not boring), responsible, and the most ethical person I know. The only thing that explains, for me, your repulsive attitude towards us is a past relationship with a Taurean who hurt you and now you have the means to get even with that person by publicly humiliating them and posting how you feel about them on this website, but you hurt others in the process. Sylvia, I hate to say it but you are the one who sounds vindictive! I doubt you are a Taurus. If you were, you would be much more compassionate and appreciative towards many of your followers who happen to born under that sign.

Hi Sylvia, Being a Taurus and reading this was a little upsetting. Sure the sign has some strong traits so does every sign. I would say this is for the Younger Taurus. Now that I am turning 50 in three days, I can say for myself that I try to remember the "Good" and not dwell on the past. As far as telling about the past lovers, I don't. I personally don't like to hear about an EX. If we tend to live in the past then it was probably a good one. But the future should be brighter.
