I,m going to try praying to astral travel before I go to sleep and also to return safely. I know I have done this before and it has left a very memorable and warm feeling inside of me. Thank you Sylvia,I love you.

One thing about the Astral Plane, everything seems bathed in a purple light, as though you were viewing it through tinted specs. It's really pretty actually, though melancholic.

I remember having dreams about flying before I got my hands on your book about astral travel (sorry don't remember the title have read to many of your books). I would have these dreams quite frequently maybe to escape my earthly reality. They scared me and fascinated me at the same time. Anyways, after reading the book or books I was very excited to have one of these experiences again. I did and when it came let me tell you IT WAS SOOOOO MUCH FUN and I wasn't scared anymore!) I was with a giant group of people all of whom I recognized in their appearance or not. It seemed like I wanted to play with everyone and everyone wanted to be with me. I was the happiest I have been in a long time and when I awoke I had a since of peace not home sick because I knew I could go there again and again. THANK YOU SYLVIA FOR ALL YOUR WONDERFUL BOOKS AND WIT!

Hi Sylvia, thank you for bringing me closer to Our Lord. As I read your words, I understand more about, the things, people, times, and places, in my life and in my dreams. I know for a fact that I go places in my dreams all the time. And I also know when I come back to where I started. I come back with a great slam, and it hits me all at once. It's like I was miles and miles away, and then without any warning, slam, I'm back in my bed. That part always wakes me up. One night I was worried about my daughter. Not even trying, I went to where they were sleeping. I could feel myself floating over them. The next day I told them which side they were sleeping on, and what they were wearing. I know it sounds strange, but it's true. I do this alot, in my dreams. My problem is my deceased family and friends that keep visiting me in my dreams. And there are other people in my dreams, that I know are deceased. But, I don't know who they are. But, somehow they know me. They are very loud. Like a loud chatter, but only to each other. There mouths don't move. My Dad is the only one I can understand, but his words don't make sense. Am I going to the other side to see them? Or, are they coming here to see me? What do they want, and why do they come in groups sometimes? And why can't I ask them any questions, or speak to them? I don't know how I know this, but they seem to know each other is there, in my dreams. They are driving me crazy. This happens most nights. Can you please help me to understand what they want?? PLEASE

Dartz, what do you do to try to astral travel. I haven't heard about astral travel before. Looks like something fun to try. I have heard of out of body experience but I have never had the courage to try it. Is Out of body experience the same as astral travel?

I've tried, and failed, several times at doing Astral Travel, I either fall asleep or not get any further than my wall. It's not the easiest thing in the world to do.
