Sylvia Browne Question and Answer
Sylvia Browne answers your questions Psychic Sylvia Browne, World-renowned Psychic Sylvia Browne pictures by Sylvia Browne

Sylvia Browne answers some of the popular questions from SpiritNow.com readers.

I wonder sometimes about God. What is he really like?

God is simply perfect love and an ever-present force. God always loves us. God created us from good and He gave us free will. Some religions have attempted to create God to have a vengeful, angry or even a vindictive personality. But these religions have not done this out of cruelty; they have done it as part of their ancient teaching philosophy. Uneducated people can be managed by fear. But thoughtful, educated people will want more information. God does not have these negative human-like personality characteristics. God is 100% love at all times.

Is our astrology sign important?

Yes it is! We choose our sun sign, our rising sign and our moon sign and they are all important. We choose everything just as we would like it to be. My Spirit Guide Francine says that everything is charted out for us ahead of time, that we select what we would like to experience. Don't you know of people who were born a month "early or "late?" These people simply chose a different astrology sign for their charts.

How can I find love?

Some people have fallen in love and have loved the wrong person. I have done this myself, so I speak from experience. Do not say that you won't love again; simply stop loving the wrong people. Don't give your love to people that don't love you back or don't deserve it. There is an old-fashioned saying that is very true, "Don't cast your pearls before swine."

Why do I feel that my relationship with my cat is so special?

This is because you are experiencing a relationship with unconditional love. Having unconditional love in your life is very special. You will know unconditional love because you don't have to "do" anything; you simply have to "be." A relationship with a pet is one where you have that unconditional love. It is the same with a relationship with a child. Other people in your life can give this unconditional love, but know that this type of relationship can be very rare to have and should be treasured.

First I lose my car and now my job. Why is God picking on me so much?

Please understand that God does not select people to play Russian roulette with for any reason. He also does not choose people to be ever-suffering and become constant martyrs. Very often when something happens in our lives, it is our chart at work, the chart we created when we chose to incarnate. You selected this specific chart to have life lessons and to learn from them. Often when we have a tragedy, we can grow spiritually and emotionally from that experience. Many times we can choose to help others who will face that same type of experience in their lives. God is always good and never "picks on" people for any reason.

How can I make my life better?

Even though we have a life chart that describes our major events, visualization and positive thinking are very helpful for your life. Visualization and positive thinking help guide you how to get to where you are going. They are both useful tools that you can use on a regular basis.

I think of bears all the time. Does this mean something?

You are most likely attracting to yourself your totem. A totem (or anima) is an animal spirit that will be with us throughout our lifetime. This animal spirit is one that connects in some way with our life theme. The grizzly bear is the totem for those who have the life theme of the "warrior." Your bears are reminding you of your own warrior energy. Totems protect us and give us positive energy whenever we need it.

My beloved dog died, is he okay? Will I meet him again on The Other Side?

Absolutely you will. Animals are very spiritual beings and are actually born perfect. Pets actually come to earth simply to live their lives with us; they have no need to learn life lessons as we do. Your pet is already very accustomed to The Other Side, and astral traveled there at least four times a week while they slept. They have known The Other Side very well and you will certainly see them on The Other Side once more.

What can I do to help my child's spiritual life?

Helping your child develop spiritually is just as important as any other part of their life. Teach them to pray every night and pray with them at night as they are young. Surround them with the white light of the Holy Spirit every night. This is a wonderful practice and they will feel God's love for them.

I think something bad happened to me in a past life, and that it is affecting me now. Does this happen sometimes to people?

Every lifetime you have had will affect the lifetime you have right now. Both the positive and the negative experiences you have had will affect your life. You have had strong positive experiences that you remember on a very deep level, and you also have had strong negative experiences that you remember. Becoming conscious of them and understanding what happened is a very healing way to release them if they are affecting your life in a negative way.

Sylvia Browne is without question, "America's #1 Psychic," an internationally known psychic and medium.

I have been to psychics in the past and they get very jealous and angry at me. I dont know what the deal is, they wont tell me. I have had a lot of trouble financially and dealing with people. I know we write our "chart." I know I am destined to do something really great and humanitarian wise. I know I am special, but right now its not even in my view.

I love you Sylvia.

Hi Sylvia, Do you believe a person you date can leave bad spirits around you and bad things start to happen if they started out with lies and manipulation in your relationship together.
By evelyn, Thursday, March 12, 2009 01:01:19 AM
I wonder how many of you are out that Sylvia has really helped. Have you gotten a response to any of your questions? My 12 minutes with Chris cost me $500.00. That's pretty good pay, wouldn't you agree. Especially when it was all crap. I've invested a lot over the years in her books, seminars, saturday salon and the rediculous reading with Chris. Her answers to the same questions I ask of Chris were totally diferent. If they have the ability to see your chart, then why such conflicting answers. In my search for answers, I found some really upsetting information. If you want to find the truth, do yourself a favor and do a little research before you waste your hard earned money.

re some questions to hard like mine ?????????????????????????? Monday, December 17, 2007 Newspaper article full version In 3 more days it will have been two months since Meli's death, and her departure pains me today just as it did that very moment that i found her cold and lifeless. It is as if each second of my life someone is cutting open my heart in two and adding salt to that wound. It feels as if my soul died with her. Every time that I go into her room, which is countless times a day, I relive that horror of her leaving; I ask God where he was. Why didn't he allow me to save her? Why didn't he let me find her in time? Why didn't he choose me to take her place? I would have been ready to do that for her; I would do the same for any of my other children. As I write this, I am in her bedroom asking for answers to questions as I read over letters that she left me at different times. I tremble from pain and from anger at the futility of it all. It is so ironic, just a few months ago she and I had a long conversation about life, death, injustice, and the hypocrisy with which she was living through at that time;the pain that her boyfriend and another teen caused her. I remember that I told her: "Look, this flower; it is very pretty and so are you. Neither you nor any one else should cry over someone. You can do better than that." Her answer was: "It is not fairl everything that is happening to me. I hate going to school. I hate the schools here in Andrews. If you don't have money, if you're not the son or daughter of a rich person, if you are not of the right color, and if you are not the teacher's pet then you are nothing. You are left out. And they take away what you once had an what you worked so hard to achieve." I told her that in life nothing was fair; but, but that there was always an answer, and that things had a way of working out. I told her that death was no solution. She smiled at me and said: "Mami, there is no answer in standing up for myself against some people, I was sent to Saturday school. In cheer leading I was taken out even though I used to get up at 4:00 am to get ready to go to practice; then they replaced me with someone who used to miss countless times. But since she was seen as more favorable. Since then my world started crashing. I sure hope Crystal doesn't have to go through this" "It also isn't fair, Mami, all the times you have gone to school asking for help and they don't give it to you. The school does things as it sees fit. It is like my coach said when I lost my place at Nationals and was placed as an alternate, 'I hope it's ok because if not, you can get out. There are several that can take your place.'" "You see, Mami. I am tired of being hurt, tired of constantly coming home crying. I am tired of putting on a happy face and pretending that nothing matters after being hurt countless times. I lock myself in my room so that no one sees my pain." Many saw my daughter; she went through thousands of things, but only I saw her tears, her pain and her disenchantment. Many people contributed to her decision. Even I myself contributed to it because in the beginning when I found the first letters some months back in which she said goodbye, I did ask for help. That person that I reached to for help told me: "I guarantee that she is not going to do anything. She just wants attention." I hope that professional who told me that saw the obituary so that she can see if my daughter is now getting her attention. I wonder if all that is sufficient for that person. If she is paying, maybe she will not give such advice again. Hopefully the school is paying closer attention. Meli with her death, ironic as it is, has saved already more than one life. She has also opened a Pandora's box. Andrews is going to realize that indeed there is a problem in our schools with some of the personnel, some of the leaders, and with our youth. Like Meli said: "If we all dropped the act and the injustice; if instead we worked together, we would change not only Andrews but the entire world." I remember her smiling as she told me: "Why can't we all instead be friends, Mami?" I only hope that through her death others can identify their own feelings. If they too are suffering, hopefully they will not ignore it because the pain will remain. Choosing to ignore problems and pain will not make them go away. The problem will grow each day like a monster. So I ask that everyone help our youth. Don't allow a single young person to die in this manner. Don't let another mother die from pain as she continues living. Right now I am not sure hot to go about living; I sometimes don't want to go on. My life has been changed forever. I feel empty. I am in tears and in pain. I do not wish this on my worst enemy. Right now I should be saving for her Christmas present which was going to be the down payment on her new Avalanche. Instead, I'm saving for her tombstone. I should be seeing that her college applications be sent in on time and not putting flowers at her grave. May God hold my princess in His arms. May He give her peace and the justice that no one here wanted to give her. Melissa's mom, Lupe Flores Miss Meli Marie.

Hi Silivia I admire you so much , & the gift that you have, and that your willing to share it with others.I was really excited to see you on tv this morning with Mike & Juliet. And see that you have a web sight. I watch you alot on Montel. I search the tv channels to see if your going to be on any of them throughout the day. What im writting you about my health. I deal with anexiety, depression, and panic attacks every day! It interfears with my life every day. I reasentley lost my job of eight years and that has been really hard for me. I was very dedicated to it. That was seven monthes ago , and i still think about every day, i got very close to the babies i was taking care of as if they were my own!!! I have a hard time being in public, and wanting to find a new job. let me tell you a little about myself. I was married for twenty years, and had four children with him. When I left ,I felt like if i didnt i might not be alive today. It was not a healthy relationship.I also left my children behind. We had just bought a new home and i wanted them to feel a little bit secure. At that time i lived in my car fof a couple of monthes, until i got a court order my husband to help me get a place to stay.At that time i got custody of my youngest son, and my other children stayed with there father. they were twelve, sixteene and eighteene. At this time my daughter who was sixteene didnt get along with me at all. And i had no help from my husband on raising them. I have been divorced from him for almost fourteene years now. Im now remarried and living a wonderfull life, with a wonderfull husband ,and my seventeene year old son.I have gotten myself away from all the unhealthy things that were dragging me down. But i have a tremonduse guilt about the way i left. I have a good relationship with all my children axcept the one that was sixteene at the divorce. And that burdons me every day. I have a hard time letting things go, that have happend in the past. IF you could help me or give me some advice or reason why i deel with so much anexity depression and panic attacks.I dont know what to do with myself. I watched you on Montel last week, and he said that you were having some issues with your family, i have thought about every day. And hope everything is ok.I have just started reading your books and i really enjoy them. But I have a hard time finding them! I live in Utah so most of the book stores carry religouse books. Not that thats a bad thing,im just getting a little frustrated. This is the first time that i have used the computer so this has taken me a little over an hour, sorry about any mistakes!!! Now i have one more question from my husband and i. my husband and his father have had a dream of theres. My husband has worked on it for years, his father passed away about two years ago. But that hasnt stopped my husband from still working on it We are closer then we have ever been on this maybe coming true. Both of us are out of work right now, so this would be a blessing for us. And can his father see and know just how close we are to this coming true for us? I just want to thank you again for sharing your GIFT with others. and for you being who you are. Thank You so much Cindy Lowder

I find it very sad that you show no cocern nor care for those who cry out for your help, as I have. Maybe if I had money you would care then? I thought you were the real deal....guess I was wrong. Blessings...Nadine
