Do All Pets Go To Heaven?

by Sylvia Browne

Anyone that knows me truly knows just how important my pets have been over the years. The loss of a beloved pet can hit you just as deeply as the loss of just about anyone else in your life. Our pets are our beloved companions and friends—they are always by our side, ready to listen.

Many people have asked me if their pets really do go to heaven. If animals are on The Other Side. They are always relieved to discover that the answer is "yes." You will be reunited with your pet on The Other Side when you go Home. They will meet you and they will be as lively and as full of personality as they ever were when you step out of the Tunnel.

My new book All Pets Go To Heaven: The Spiritual Lives of the Animals We Love is coming out January 2009. In this book I discuss just how spiritual animals truly are. Some may not realize this, but animals need to learn no spiritual lessons: they actually come to Earth just to live their lives with us. When you think about it, it is so meaningful to know that your pet is here only to live their life with you. Animals are pure and their hearts are full of love.

Sylvia Browne is without question, "America's #1 Psychic," an internationally known psychic and medium.

Hi Sylvia, thank you for the opportunity to share my story about my dog Laddie. He was the first dog that was mine. I had to put him down when I was 18 (many years ago) because he had cancer. He was only 5 years old. I was heartbroken, I did not want to put him to sleep. I did not listen to my mother and grandparents at first but when he started falling off of curbs when he walked, had diarrhea, and lost weight, I knew I couldn't be selfish anymore. I had him put to sleep and felt like the the worst dog owner there was. For years I would not get another pet. But around the time my kids and I encouraged a stray to follow us home, I say encouraged because my ex would not let us have a dog, I had a dream about Laddie where he came to bring me his love and communicated to me telepathically (I didnt know that's what it was until your book - I couldn't figre out how I could understand him when he did not talk and his mouth did not move but I know he was communicating to me and it was real) that he was all right and he was happy. I felt happy after that and know that he really did come to me and it opend the way for me to have more pets and I have had dogs ever since. thank you for all you do, Dawn

Sylvia, I miss getting together with you each week, even if it is on tv with Montel. My question is: how can I encourage my pets that have passed to visit me now? I have seen my most recently lost dog "Hershey" but I have lost another dog "Junior" and these two were play mates. I am trying to be patient and let things take their course. Sylvia, you have truely changed my life and I can't thank you enough. See you in October in Seattle. Irene

I'd like to ask a question if I may please. I've had a cat in the past I had to have put to sleep because it was in an accident. While the guilt is tremendous, it will never outweigh the love Blackie gave and received while here. My question is, do your pets know you're doing it so they don't suffer? They're so trusting, it just broke my heart looking into his eyes when he was moments from being put down.

Dear Sylvia Thank you for putting the webcast up for viewing and the bonus questions too! I am looking forward to your next webcast and curious if there will again be a place to post questions specifically for the webcast. I hope you will again post the webcast for later viewing in case folks can't get on the server or have to work. Prayers and rainbows! Karen
